I hold a Level 7 qualification in Counselling Supervision that is accredited by the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP).

Supervision offers a space in which you can explore your client work in a confidential and professional setting.

You may want to use supervision for a variety of reasons, and I pride myself in being adaptable to my supervisee’s needs.

Examples of supervisee needs I can support include:

    • For experienced counsellors who want a safe space. Supervision doesn’t have to have a power imbalance, I can simply provide a safe space in which you can explore what needs to emerge.
    • For trainees and newly qualified practitioners, I am happy to take on a slightly more teaching/mentoring role as I help you build your confidence as a professional. I can be led by you as you grow in confidence and I will always answer direct questions to the best of my ability.
    • For supervisors – I am happy to have an exploratory discussion about supervision of supervision.
    • For those embarking on private practice or growing a business, my coaching skills and background as a management consultant make me a good choice. I know how to set up a private practice compliantly and can support with that process.
    • For those seeking BACP accreditation as a counsellor. I can support you as you build the skills needed for accreditation.
    • For coaches – My supervision offers a psychological angle and may feel a little different from other coaching supervisors. For coaches, in addition to GROW, I utilise Hawkin’s CLEAR coaching model in conjunction with Hawkins and Shohet’s seven-eyed model of supervision. It depends on your niche and approach as to whether we’ll be a good fit for supervision – I’m always happy to have an introductory discussion.
    • For spiritual practitioners, I am happy to consider if we are good fit. Your profession may not have a requirement for mandatory supervision, but it can be helpful. I can help you explore your client relationships and/or support with the practicalities of running a small business.
